Zara Nachke Dikha is a dance reality show that aired on Star One in India.Karan Singh Grover and Shweta Gulati hosted the show, which premiered on July 14, 2008. Every candidate has a background in cinema or television. The following season premiered two years later, on May 1, 2010, in India and the United States.  The episodes that result are aired on Saturday and Sunday evenings.The programme features a wide range of Indian traditional and international dance styles, including classical, modern, Bollywood, hip-hop, break dance jazz, kalaripayattu, salsa, samba, and musical theatre styles with numerous sub-genres. Aside from these dance styles, the entrants in the categories covered have performed a variety of others. Extremely dangerous behaviours include playing with fire, burning themselves, dancing with fire, dancing in water, and breaking glassware with their bodies, among other things. Shadow dance, krumping, ballet, tap dancing, belly dance, and other difficult dance genres were performed. Contestants try to learn these methods in order to survive multiple weeks of elimination and win a monetary prize (typically Rs 50 lakh) and other rewards. The show is judged by some of India's most well-known choreographers and actors, including Malaika Arora Khan and Chunky Pandey in the first season and Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Arshad Warsi, and Vaibhavi Merchant in the second.
